About Us

Nikki & Emma enjoy working with and helping people and have seen first-hand the need for this kind of support service. They had the idea for their company whilst trying to find help for their own Mother, who lived miles away from their homes. 

 

They explain: "We realised Mum was leading a fantastic independent life but needed additional help with various tasks – from administration and driving to appointments to taking the cat to the vet and organising the weekly shop. These things had just become that bit more difficult without some first-hand help or without someone with whom to share practical problems.  We didn’t live nearby and we struggled to find the type of help she needed - that struggle became our inspiration to launch Scott Sisters.  

 

We get personal satisfaction and enjoyment from helping people and believe that our help assists others to lead a happy independent life in their own home by removing so many of the stresses of modern day life."

 

Clients can rest assured that Scott Sisters can provide practical support to help resolve that list of things that need tackling to enable them to get on with contented living.   Although families are often happy to help, there are so many situations where distance and time limitations make this a real struggle. Using Nikki and Emma to take on some of this practical help also leaves families to enjoy their valuable time together. The sisters aim to give their clients peace of mind and more time to enjoy life.   

 

Nikki & Emma pride themselves on creating genuine friendships with clients. Their time together should always feel warm and respectful. We believe that collaboration is the key to an enduring and caring partnership.

 

Scott Sisters can be employed ad hoc or on a more permanent basis. The service is truly bespoke as we recognise that no two clients' needs are ever the same.
